This full-time, permanent role is ideal for someone with experience or a strong interest in working with students with Autism and complex learning needs. The school is a purpose-built environment tailored to support neurodiverse learners, and you'll be part of a caring, multidisciplinary team who share a commitment to inclusive education.
You'll lead a small class group, delivering a personalised and engaging curriculum that focuses on academic, emotional, and social progress. The setting is calm, well-resourced, and guided by clear routines and therapeutic support structures that enable pupils to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver differentiated teaching to pupils with Autism and additional needs
* Create a safe and structured classroom environment
* Adapt and personalise the curriculum to meet individual EHCP targets
* Collaborate with therapists, support staff, and families
* Use data and observations to plan next steps for learning
* Manage behaviour positively and support emotional regulation
* Engage in whole-school training and SEND best practice
Qualifications and Experience
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with children with SEND, particularly Autism
* Knowledge of specialist teaching methods (e.g. TEACCH, PECs, sensory integration) is a plus
* Strong classroom management and nurturing approach
* Excellent communication with students, staff, and parents
* A reflective and resilient mindset, open to learning and collaboration
