What you'll be doing...
* Take ownership of first-line support tickets.
* Lead and support new client onboarding.
* Monitor systems and cloud platforms.
* Supporting and helping to upskill more junior members of the team.
What we're looking for...
* Strong Microsoft azure experience.
* Knowledge of windows server and Microsoft 365.
* Demonstrated experience delivering 2nd line support, preferably in an MSP setting.
