A leading global financial advisory firm is seeking a Change Manager to lead high-profile transformation projects across the business.
You’ll be the driving force behind adoption of a new global CRM platform (launching 2026), shaping the change strategy, engaging senior stakeholders, and delivering impactful communications and training.
What you’ll do:
* Lead end-to-end change management for major initiatives
* Create communications, training, and events that engage senior bankers
* Build strong stakeholder networks and address concerns proactively
* Track adoption, measure success, and present results to leadership
What you’ll need:
* Change management experience in global organisations
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills at senior level
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
* Financial services experience (investment banking a plus)
