Description
- Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
- Support payroll processing and employee expense claims.
- Prepare financial reports for review by senior management.
- Manage data entry and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Provide support for audits and maintain proper documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet financial deadlines.
- Address queries from internal and external stakeholders related to finance.
Profile
A successful Part Time - Finance Assistant should have:
- A background in Accounting & Finance or a related field.
- Experience working in the industrial/manufacturing sector is advantageous.
- Proficiency with financial software and tools (Sage 50 Desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

Job Offer
