Active Listening & Customer Needs Analysis- Strong ability to listen carefully and understand individual customer needs Communication & Rapport Building- Representing Vitalitys brand and wellness-focused mission with enthusiasm What this role is about As a Healthcare Sales Advisor, you will manage your own sales pipeline of customers, and provide them with advice on the Vitality proposition. The first step is to listen carefully and find out exactly what the customer needs. Then, youll present the most suitable cover, making sure theyve got all the information they require before making the sale. Sales experience and/or contact centre sales is required. As for the rest, wereinterested in your people skills: communication and sales skills. Key actions: Manage and maintain a personal pipeline of leads and prospects. Follow up on enquiries, nurture leads, and convert them into sales. Clearly explain Vitalitys unique health insurance offerings and benefits. Tailor recommendations to match the customers needs and circumstances. Ensure customers are fully informed before making a purchasing decision. Adhere to FCA regulations and internal compliance standards. Work closely with team members and managers to share best practices. Participate in training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Highlight the added value of Vitalitys wellness rewards (e.g., gym discounts, fitness devices, healthy meals). Encourage customers to engage with the health-enhancing aspects of their policy.
