DIGITAL ANALYST
LONDON – HYBRID (2 DAYS IN OFFICE, 3 DAYS WFH)
UP TO £45,000 + BONUS
A fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest global health & beauty retailers, driving customer journey insights and digital performance using GA4 and data visualization tools.
THE ROLE
As a Digital Analyst, you will:
* Analyze onsite customer journeys, website performance, and transactions.
* Leverage GA4 for auditing, implementation, and reporting.
* Create data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
* Conduct A/B testing to optimize digital experiences.
* Present insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To excel in this role, you should have:
* GA4 expertise – implementation, auditing, and analysis.
* Strong data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
* Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.
* Proven stakeholder engagement skills.
* A commercial mindset with an interest in eCommerce and retail.
* Retail or eCommerce background.
* Experience with app analytics and digital channels.
* SQL proficiency.
