Responsibilities
* Manage valuations, variations, and applications for payment.
* Lead commercial reporting, forecasting, and CVRs.
* Support procurement, tendering, and subcontractor management.
* Drive accuracy across cost control and commercial processes.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Monitor project performance and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
* Support continuous improvement across commercial operations.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction or structural steel.
* Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Relevant construction or commercial qualifications advantageous.
