Legal Sales Consultant – Bristol/Hybrid
This is a newly created position at a UK provider of probate and estate administration services operating in a regulated, client-focused environment for an experienced Sales Consultant. The business is currently undergoing a period of modernisation and growth following new senior leadership appointments, with a strong focus for the company to keep their culture to be people-led at its core.
What's the Opportunity?

* This is a senior sales position responsible for managing probate and estate administration enquiries through a consultative sales process—from initial enquiry through to instruction and onboarding.
* Central to the role will be to convert leads into instructed cases
\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n
* Manage inbound probate enquiries
* Conduct consultative client conversations to assess needs
* Recommend appropriate service options (grant-only or full estate administration)
* Provide accurate quotations and convert enquiries into instructions
* Oversee onboarding to Operations
* Maintain strong conversion performance across lead-to-quote and quote-to-sale ratios

Your profile:

* Strong background in probate or estate administration – ESSENTIAL
* Confident in client-facing, consultative sales conversations
* Comfortable handling a mix of lead quality, from warm referrals to early-stage enquiries
* Commercially aware, with experience working to KPIs and conversion targets
* Collaborative team mindset with a focus on shared success
