Full-time Rector Culm Valley Mission Community

Hours: Full-time
We are seeking a rector who will lead and travel with us on the next stage of our journey together.
We would like a rector who is:
1. a leader who wishes to take up the challenge of growing our congregations and supporting our rural communities
2. Spirit filled, prayerful, servant hearted and compassionate, able to delegate and motivate others
3. scripture led, evangelistic, embraces and grows a culture of acceptance and welcome, allowing people the space to experience God in their own way
4. able to connect with the wider community as well as the church community, to be visible in our villages and hamlets
5. skilled to develop the churches’ intergenerational worship
6. sympathetic to different styles of worship and expressions of church.
In return we will provide you with an environment in which you can thrive. You will be encouraged to take time for personal reflection and development in order to explore and nurture your own gifts and vision, as well as those for the church as a whole.
You will be supported in this by a committed team of volunteers across the churches who want to see God’s Kingdom flourish throughout the Parish.
