I'm recruiting for a Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager on behalf of a growing food company based in Staffordshire. As part of a large-scale, award winning food manufacturing group, joining this company would enhance your existing portfolio, from being part of a strong and reputable company to working with new innovative product categories. In this role, you will play a key role in identifying, managing, and reducing risk across site operations, with a genuine influence over employee health, safety, and wellbeing, as well as product integrity and overall business performance. The environment is fast-paced and hands-on, but well suited to someone with strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and prior manufacturing experience. You will work within a supportive, cross-functional team, collaborating with colleagues across the food manufacturing operation to ensure Health and Safety compliance and a proactive, positive safety culture.
