THE ROLE
You'll be a frontline ambassador for our brand partners — delivering outstanding customer experiences and supporting the commercial performance of our campaigns.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Engage directly with customers on behalf of leading UK brands
* Deliver outstanding service while actively building brand awareness
* Nurture customer relationships that convert into lasting brand loyalty
* Support local outreach strategy and campaign execution
* Participate in daily performance reviews and team goal-setting
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Natural communicator with a warm, people-first approach
* Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or events is a bonus
* Motivated to build a long-term career — not just fill a role
* Positive, solution-focused mindset with a genuine work ethic
* Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
