A leading global consultancy based in Central London is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to join its expanding Corporate Occupier team. With a strong pipeline of commercial office fit-out, workplace transformation and relocation projects, this is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with experience delivering complex schemes for blue-chip clients.
The successful Senior Project Manager will be responsible for high-value projects for major corporate occupiers, playing a central role in client engagement, programme delivery and stakeholder management. Working within a high-performing team, the Senior Project Manager will take ownership of end-to-end project lifecycles and ensure outcomes are aligned with client expectations and business strategy.
The Senior Project Manager's role
The Senior Project Manager will lead a diverse range of commercial fit-out and office relocation schemes valued between £5m-£50m. Responsibilities include client brief development, procurement strategy, contract administration and reporting. You will coordinate with internal cost and design teams while also managing external consultants, suppliers and contractors.
This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication, project planning and leadership skills. Experience working within the corporate real estate sector is essential, along with a track record of successfully delivering CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects across London or other major UK cities.
The Senior Project Manager
Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline (e.g. Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying)
MRICS, MCIOB, APM or equivalent chartership (or working towards)
Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out projects for corporate occupiers
Strong understanding of JCT contract administration
Excellent communication, reporting and client management skills
