Platfform has developed an early mental health support Hub which provides timely and out of hours support for children and young people aged 11-18. Platfform is seeking a Senior Wellbeing Practitioner to support the work of The Hangout, through providing trauma informed, direct support to children and young people, delivering group sessions and activities/events.
