We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to take ownership of the Sales operation, driving volume, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Performance & Growth: Drive new and used vehicle sales, maximise profitability, and consistently exceed targets.
2. Sales Funnel Management: Take full ownership of the sales funnel, ensuring effective lead management, conversion optimisation, and consistent follow-up at every stage of the customer journey.
3. Prospecting & Lead Generation: Implement and drive the use of the in-house prospecting system to generate new business opportunities, increase customer engagement, and build a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
4. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team, creating a culture of accountability, activity, and results.
5. Customer Experience: Ensure an outstanding end-to-end customer journey, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and retention.
6. Commercial Focus: Manage stock, pricing, and marketing activity to optimise sales opportunities and margins.
7. Operational Excellence: Work closely with senior management to maintain high standards, processes, and compliance across the sales function.
