£90/95k plus options


Talentedge are pleased to be partnering with a high profile, ethically driven organisation within the consumer/retail space helping them secure an excellent Finance Director from the market.


This business have been established for the past 5/6 years and have already become a key player in there space. This role reports into an excellent co founder team with lots of exposure to investors. With a USP in exciting market space, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a flourishing team and make a real difference in helping the business expand internationally!


The ideal candidate will be qualified, well-versed in the retail and consumer sector and has experience leading a small-medium size team.


Key responsibilities to include:


1. Ownership of the finance infrastructure, aiding in improvement over core processes
2. Provide essential support to the CEO and mentorship over a progressive finance team
3. Own the day-to-day finance function, including monthly board pack preparation, statutory reporting and tax
4. Cross functional business partnering and liaising with key stakeholders
5. Analyse and report key KPI’s whilst identifying areas of improvement
