We are seeking a Bid & Sales Coordinator to join our UK Commercial team based in Wrexham!

Step into a high-impact role at Prysmian, where you’ll be at the forefront of both UK and international energy and infrastructure initiatives including landmark projects like HS2 and the German Energy Corridors. As a key member of our global Network Components business, you’ll thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced commercial environment that’s shaping the future of energy.

This is your chance to drive B2B sales and build lasting relationships with a diverse customer base across multiple market channels. You’ll collaborate with talented colleagues throughout the Prysmian Group, major electrical utilities, and our extensive network of distribution and wholesale partners making every day varied, rewarding, and full of opportunity. Your customer portfolio will span UK Distribution Network Operators (DNOs), international energy leaders, and top construction and contracting firms. This role is perfect for someone who excels at relationship management and brings sharp commercial acumen to the table.

Based in Wrexham, UK, you’ll also have the chance for domestic and overseas travel adding even more excitement and variety to your career journey.

What You’ll Do:

1. Following the successful completion of contract negotiations, you will oversee and manage the successful and efficient delivery of the contract.

2. Commercial support to the business director and the account managers.

3. The management of the pricing structure for the LV/MV Network Components business

4. Creation and management of framework agreement price lists and distributor pricelists

5. Management of the agreed contract price adjustment (CPA) agreements including the periodic update of the relevant indices.

6. The preparation of product costing, pricing and documentation to support the process of DNO framework and major project bid submission.

7. The handling and management of contract documentation

8. To provide support to the commercial director during the annual management plan process.

9. To provide support and engage in the monthly sales forecast process.

10. To provide the relevant data to support regular customer contract review meetings which you may be asked to attend.

You are the right fit if you have/are:

11. A confident, self-driven team player with a proactive approach to collaboration.

12. Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and effectively manage expectations.

13. Exceptional communication skills paired with strong organizational capabilities.

14. Comfortable adapting to dynamic and evolving environments.

15. Demonstrates strong problem-solving aptitude and excellent analytical thinking.

16. Prior experience with cable accessories is advantageous but not mandatory.

17. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

18. Capable of working under pressure, resolving issues swiftly and efficiently.

19. Skilled in planning and prioritizing workload independently.

20. Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
