Smile Education is working with primary schools in Erdington that are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join their supply teaching team.

What We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently completing your ECT induction
A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young people
Teaching experience within EYFS, KS1, or KS2
Flexibility and adaptability to work across different year groups
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)What We Offer
