Senior Marketing Executive

We are looking for an experienced senior marketing executive to join our team at IQ Glass, a leading UK‐based architectural glazing company. This role offers the opportunity for rapid progression to a Marketing Manager or similar managerial position.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Marketing Executive you will be responsible for planning and implementing a full range of online and offline marketing and communications activities, maintaining a high‑quality service delivery and contributing to new initiatives.
* Conduct research and establish customer needs to inform planning and make recommendations.
* Keep up to date with the needs of our niche target audiences and ways to develop appropriate marketing output.
* Have oversight over all branded documents, ensuring they are on‑brand and on message.
* Lead the planning of marketing campaigns, events and internal / external communications.
* Create campaigns according to marketing plan and campaign schedule, write copy, proof content.
* Create and develop organic digital activity – manage the content calendar for the team, plan social media posting, email marketing.

Qualifications
* Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar marketing role in a fast‑paced environment.
* Proven ability to manage email and campaign communications (offline and online) including reporting.
* Experience with inbound marketing campaigns, social media, print media (editorials and press releases), event management.
* Strong layout or graphic design skills with an eye for detail – experience with InDesign is a must.
* Ability to create digital content to support campaigns and brand positioning.
