As a Biomedical Scientist at our hospital, you’ll bring the relevant qualifications and laboratory experience ideally within Blood Sciences, Haemotology & Chemistry. You have a good working knowledge of different analytical equipment in a range of techniques. You’re also a natural communicator and team player, and you share our idea of quality.
As a Biomedical Scientist, you will:
* Deliver high-quality pathology services
* Complete your share of covering the out-of-hours on-call service
* Perform biomedical diagnostic testing, interpretation, reporting and quality control
* Keep records of specimens, results, reagents and consumables
* Support the validation and assessment of new equipment and new diagnostic procedures
* Help ensure we deliver the very best experience for patients
