Your new role As an HR Advisor, your role will be to provide sound HR advice to line managers on all employee relations matters, ensuring the development and implementation of effective HR policies and processes.Key Responsibilities: Employee Relations : Managing a range of ER matters including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management and absence management Coaching and Advising : Provide timely advice and support to line managers in alignment with current policies and procedures Complex People Matters : Support managers in handling complex cases Occupational Health: refer employees to occupational health when necessary and assist managers with reasonable adjustments Project Work: Support with any other generalist HR Project work What you will need to succeed Experience with dealing with varied ER matters 'Can Do' Attitude Ability to influence and change Ability to build relationships What you will get in return Hybrid working Salary up to £35,000 Car Allowance (£4800) Competitive benefits package What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
