Qualifications
Essential criteria
* NVQ Level 3 OR Level 3 diploma in Health & Social Care or clinical health care support.
* Maths and English functional skills qualification (GCSE or equivalent Grades A – C)
* Care Certificate

* Life skills/experience within a caring environment
Desirable criteria
* Good computer skills
Knowledge
Essential Criteria
* Understanding of the rehabilitation philosophy of care
* Ability to prioritise workload, follow a care plan and work within a team
* Understand and work to the Right Care Behaviours
Desirable criteria
* Experience of working in Intermediate Care or relevant care setting
