Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Mobile Commercial Plumber / Plant Room Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-standard mechanical and plumbing services across commercial buildings, ensuring plant rooms and critical systems are operating safely, efficiently, and in line with compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out reactive repairs, PPMs, and installation works across commercial sites.
* Conduct plant room checks and ensure all equipment is functioning correctly and efficiently.
* Work with mechanical systems including:
o Actuators
o AHUs (Air Handling Units)
o Pumps
o Hot & Cold Water Systems
o General Commercial Plumbing Systems
* Diagnose faults and provide effective solutions to minimise downtime for clients.
* Maintain accurate job records using company systems.
* Provide a high level of customer service and represent the company professionally on client sites.

Requirements
Essential:
* NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating or equivalent.
* Proven experience working in commercial buildings (reactive and PPM).
* Strong understanding of plant room equipment and commercial mechanical systems.
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
* Full UK driving licence.
Desirable:
* Experience with pumps, actuators, AHUs, and associated control equipment.
* Additional mechanical or electrical skills.
* Previous mobile engineering experience.

* £45,000 – £50,000 basic salary
