A great opportunity to join a Creative Marketing Agency as they seek a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team and lead the charge across exciting, varied campaigns for clients ranging from local clients to national brands.
Location: Essex Coast - must be 1 hour travel time away from studio
Hybrid Role: office 3x a week, 2x day remote
For this role, you will need to be a strategic mind behind impactful multi-channel campaigns. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you'll bring ideas to life, drive measurable results, and constantly look for new ways to evolve and grow your clients' digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, deliver, and optimise multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
* Act as the primary digital contact for a portfolio of clients
* Create insightful performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations
* Identify growth opportunities and drive digital evolution
* Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators
* Balance a wide range of projects from branding rollouts to full-scale national marketing strategies
Requirements:
* 3–5 years of digital marketing experience (agency experience is a plus)
A solid track record with:
* Organic Social – content ideas, scheduling, engagement
* Paid Ads – Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads
* SEO – audits, ranking strategies, tools (e.g. SEMrush)
* Content Marketing – writing for engagement and discoverability
* Email Marketing – creating and scheduling campaigns (e.g. Mailchimp)
* Analytics & Reporting – turning data into meaningful insights
