Job Overview
We are looking for a SDR Sales Manager to join Growth Markets in GTM, in which you will manage and coordinate the Sales Development team. Reporting into the Head of Sales for Growth Markets, you will be focused on driving the success of our frontline lead generation efforts.
Responsibilities
* Strategic planning and execution – develop and implement effective sales strategies, set goals and targets aligned with the wider business for the SDR team success.
* Team leadership and development – recruit, train and mentor sales representatives; monitor performance, provide coaching, manage HR processes for underperformance or attendance, and promote a target‑driven sales culture.
* Sales operations and reporting – track sales metrics, prepare regular performance reports, forecast sales volumes and use CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline and customer data.
* Collaboration and communication – work with marketing, product and key stakeholders to build campaigns and schedules aligned to business requirements; provide feedback to improve product offerings and marketing campaigns.
* Measure success using team performance against sales KPIs and prioritize resources effectively.
* Lead generation and pipeline management – understand how to build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, adapt strategies based on market changes and team needs.
Qualifications
* Solid track record with sales success, with experience in both individual contributor and managerial roles.
* Ability to manage, motivate and develop a sales team to achieve above‑target sales results.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal collaboration and client engagement.
* Motivated by targets and performance outcomes.
