Registered Manager
Location: Falkirk
Salary: £31,797 per annum (inclusive of the Enhanced Responsibility Allowance)
Hours: 35 per week
Contract: Permanent
Driving: Full UK Manual Driving Licence Required, with access to a vehicle. Business Mileage paid.
This is a Regulated Service, and registration with the Scottish Social Service Council (SSSC) is required.

Responsibilities of a Registered Manager
1. Developing and implementing services within national guidelines and expectations, tailored to local needs.
2. Ensuring compliance with the Corporate Plan and maintaining service standards.
3. Supporting service developments and contracts.
4. Managing quality and performance.
5. Line managing staff.
What we are looking for in a successful candidate
* Management experience with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workloads.
* Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
* Experience in regulated care services and liaising with regulators like the Care Inspectorate.
* Experience working in health or social care settings or voluntary organizations, delivering high-quality services.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
* Ability to manage budgets effectively.
