You will have the ability to engage students in their learning and promote positive behaviour. You will be expected to • Provide support for students within a classroom environment (and during examinations) in line with guidance on EHCPs, IEPs and Access Arrangements. • Work with students on an individual or small group basis, under the direction of the SENDCO or classroom teacher, providing learning and pastoral support. • Liaise with classroom teachers on the progress students have made to inform future support and planning About Us Stafford Manor High School is an 11-18 school rooted in the local community.
