What You’ll Lead
* Build a scalable, best-in-class UK finance function from scratch
* Implement systems, controls & reporting for a £20m+ operation
* Own budgeting, forecasting & commercial modelling
* Drive UK GAAP/IFRS compliance, tax, audits & statutory filings
* Partner closely with global leadership and integrate into US reporting
* Support European scaling with multi-entity structures & reporting frameworks
We’re Looking For
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (Big 4 strongly welcomed)
* 7–10 years PQE in growth, multi-entity or international environments
* Proven ability to build or scale finance teams
* Strong commercial mindset with hands-on leadership
* NetSuite or Shopify experience highly advantageous
* Experience in fitness, wellness, consumer or D2C sectors is a bonus
