As a pivotal member of our Events team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our events run seamlessly and exceed our guests' expectations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the planning and execution of events, coordinating with various departments, and leading a team to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities: Plan, organise, and manage events, ensuring every detail is meticulously executed. Lead and supervise a team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. Deliver outstanding service to our guests, addressing their needs and preferences to create memorable experiences. Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless service delivery. Seek opportunities to enhance our event offerings and improve processes for greater efficiency and guest satisfaction. What you Need: Proven experience in supervising a team within an events or hospitality environment. A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests. A keen eye for detail, ensuring every aspect of event planning and execution is perfect. Strong, confident communicator with the ability to engage and inspire both guests and team members.
