Your responsibilities will include overseeing the planning and execution of events, coordinating with various departments, and leading a team to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities: Plan, organise, and manage events, ensuring every detail is meticulously executed. Lead and supervise a team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. Deliver outstanding service to our guests, addressing their needs and preferences to create memorable experiences. Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless service delivery. What you Need: Proven experience in supervising a team within an events or hospitality environment. A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
