The Customer Acquisition team within the Send team is tackling one of Wise's most critical challenges: helping new users complete their first international transfer. Too many people drop off before they succeed—a huge opportunity to remove friction and help millions move money more easily.
How You'll Contribute
1. Understand our customers deeply. Build empathy for first-time users navigating cross-border transfers.
2. Own complex, ambiguous problems. Work across the acquisition funnel—entry points, recipient creation, funding, and first transfer completion.
