We are looking to hire an experienced Account Manager/Salesperson to work on a women-only leading industry print, digital, and audio publication, as well as our flagship IP law magazines.
We are a small but growing media/publishing company based in Brimsdown in Enfield.
Requirements:
It would be best if you had a clear and confident telephone manner, a willingness to learn, and a tenacious personality. You must be comfortable picking up the telephone and speaking confidently to potential clients at a senior level internationally. You will be asked to represent our brand at international conferences two to three times per year, so you must be willing to travel globally as we attend four to five international conferences each year in person to exhibit at.
You will sell editorial and advertising space in our recognised IP Law publications, which are available in print, digital, and audio formats.
We have all the tools to make your job easier as we market and deliver our content very differently than our competitors, which our clients appreciate. We offer great angles to sell against, including added-value sales that benefit our potential client.
Please note that this is not a boiler room environment. We work and manage all our clients on a professional and consultancy basis. Manners and respect are essential when dealing with anyone we come into contact with.
Training:
You will receive full training regarding our magazines and our CRM system.
We offer a basic salary of 25 to 25.5K per annum (to start and depending on experience) and an uncapped high commission structure of 5% to 6.5%, with an expected OTE of 40/45K. Bonus included if monthly targets are met
Experience:
You should have some sales experience or an account management background.
