Japanese Speaking Moving Coordinator (Newcastle) - What You'll be Doing:
Coordinate relocation services, including virtual or on-site pre-move surveys
Handle administrative tasks and customer service inquiries
Visit clients’ homes on moving days to oversee loading/unloading
Communicate service requirements to moving staff on-site
No packing work required
Training provided in London (travel/accommodation expenses covered by employer)
Japanese Speaking Moving Coordinator (Newcastle)- The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
UK driving licence
Ability to provide attentive service in Japanese
Fluent in Japanese, Basic English communication skills
Willingness to travel (mainly from Newcastle to Glasgow, Edinburgh, and occasionally Aberdeen)
