Our well-established Grantham client is seeking a Part Time Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their finance team.
•Process supplier invoices and payments
•Monitoring of the purchase ledger email inbox.
•Answer supplier queries via phone and email.
•Post handling and distribution.
•Liaise with relevant departments regarding invoice queries.
•Providing administrative support as needed to the department.
The ideal Purchase Ledger Assistant will have:
•Previous experience in a similar role.
•An eye for detail and accuracy with figures and data entry.
•Intermediate Excel skills
