KS2 Teacher Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for KS2 students.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting learning targets.
* Implement teaching strategies that meet the needs of a diverse classroom.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum resources and share best practices.
* Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
* Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and wellbeing.
* Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and whole-school activities.
KS2 Teacher Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching KS2 in a primary school setting.
* Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to differentiate lessons to meet individual learning needs.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and collaborative working.
* Flexible and adaptable approach to teaching in a team environment.
