About the role: This internal role supports the Key Account Manager in delivering exceptional service to clients. Key responsibilities include: * Preparing accurate and compelling client quotations. * Liaising with suppliers in the UK, EU, and Far East to source products and solutions. * Managing samples and creating tailored client concepts. * Coordinating visuals, mood boards, and ideas to meet client briefs. * Participating in occasional face-to-face client meetings alongside the Key Account Manager.
