We're working with a fast-growing, PE-backed international group in the infrastructure sector seeking a Group Treasury Analyst to support their expanding treasury function during a period of rapid growth and acquisitions.
Reporting to the Group Head of Treasury, this is a broad and hands-on role responsible for liquidity management, treasury operations, systems (Kyriba), and supporting the integration of newly acquired businesses. You'll work closely with both head office and subsidiary finance teams, ensuring treasury processes and controls are robust, efficient, and aligned with group strategy.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious treasury professional to gain exposure across liquidity management, system implementation, and cross-border integration in a dynamic, acquisitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Head of Treasury with group liquidity, debt management, and treasury projects, ensuring strong communication with subsidiary treasury teams.
* Manage daily cash positioning, GBP pooling, and weekly cash flow forecasting, driving improvements in accuracy and reporting.
* Oversee the implementation and optimisation of Kyriba (in-house banking, payments, GL integration), and onboard newly acquired businesses into group treasury processes.
* Handle intercompany loans, invoicing, and documentation, while maintaining effective relationships with banks and brokers (including LCs, guarantees, and SFA-related payments).
* Deliver accurate KPIs, variance analysis, and management reporting, ensuring treasury controls, reconciliations, and processes are robust and continuously improved.
* Support audits, ensure compliance with treasury policy, and contribute to high-quality record keeping.
* Provide training on treasury processes and Kyriba to subsidiaries, while managing and developing a junior analyst within the team.
What We're Looking For
* Qualified or part-qualified ACT/ACCA (or equivalent) preferred
* Experience in international treasury operations, ideally within a PE-backed or acquisitive group
* Strong knowledge of liquidity management, cash pooling, working capital, and loan facilities
* Experience implementing or working with a TMS (Kyriba strongly preferred)
* Excellent analytical and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
* Clear communicator with the ability to build relationships across subsidiaries and banks
* Proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
