AbouttheRole
Thisis an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to start acareer within an Estate Agency with the chance to gain a nationallyrecognized qualification. In this fastpaced role a typical day willinclude liaising with customers following up new leads andmaintaining relationships with existing and new clients. Its anexciting rewarding and interesting role. You will need to enjoyworking with people and have good customer serviceskills.
MainDuties
Thejob description is intended as a guide to the main responsibilitiesof the post and is not an exhaustive list of duties. The postholder may be required to undertake other duties appropriate to therole and payscale.
* Answerincoming calls in a professional and appropriate manner dealingwith queries where possible transferring calls and taking briefmessages.Meet and greet customers asrequired.
* Toprovide a range of administrative duties such as inputting data andkeepingrecordscommunicatingand providing information internally and externally to provide aneffectiveservice.
* Any other appropriate duties as required by the BranchDirector.
* Adhereto stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety andquality management and procedures relating to the proper use andcare ofequipment.
WhatApprenticeship Training will youReceive
Thesuccessful applicant will complete and obtain a Level 2 JuniorEstateAgentQualificationthrough Learning Curve Group.
You will be taughtthrough:
* 46Weekly 121 Sessions with yourtutor
* 6weekly hours of Off The JobTraining
* Thecourse is a 13 month longprogram.
