We are looking for a Practice Manager to join our award-winning, fully private practice in Inverness.
We offer a wide range of services including Implants, Sedation, Invisalign, Restorative dentistry, Cosmetic dentistry and Facial aesthetics.
Fully computerised (SOE Exact), Itero scanner and CBCT machine.
We are a highly experienced, friendly, sociable, and professional practice and welcome applicants who are keen to work within a progressive, high tech, modern practice environment.
In order to lead the Eilertsen Dental Care team, you must be a good communicator, motivated, personable individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
Skills/ Requirements:
* Available as soon as possible
* At least 2 years of dental management experience & strong dental background
* The practice manager will be patient orientated, self-motivated and an inspirational team leader
* Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): patient feedback, staff development, compliance with the practices policies, recruitment, managing financial KPIs, managing costs, activity management, developing & growing private lists, business development, I.T, property maintenance, Health & Safety & complaints handling
This position is full time Monday to Friday.
