HR Advisor Farnborough - To £40k, Full time Monday to Friday (4 day week may be considered) We’re partnering with a respected and growing HR Consultancy to find an experienced HR Advisor who is confident, responsive, and client-focused. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who thrives on variety and values meaningful, advisory relationships with clients. In this role, you’ll work with a portfolio of clients across various sectors, supporting them with a wide range of HR issues. From day-to-day queries to complex employee relations cases, policy development, and project work, you’ll be a trusted point of contact offering commercially sound and practical guidance. The successful candidate will join a collaborative and professional team where flexibility, autonomy, and high standards are central to the way they work. Key Responsibilities: * Provide expert HR advice to clients on employee relations, performance management, absence, and compliance * Draft and update HR documentation including policies, contracts, and handbooks * Support HR audits, project work, and the delivery of tailored training where required * Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships * Keep up to date with employment law and best practice to ensure accurate, compliant advice Candidate Profile: * Strong HR generalist experience, ideally within a consultancy or multi-client setting * Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR practices * Professional, articulate, and commercially minded with excellent communication skills … and a sense of humour! * Able to work independently and manage multiple client relationships * CIPD Level 5 (or working towards), or equivalent experience This is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking consultancy where your expertise is valued and your role makes a visible impact.
