Field Sales Executive

Salary: £32,000
Onsite is part of the South Staffordshire Group – a 3,000-strong organisation behind South Staffs Water, Cambridge Water, and several leading utility support businesses – offering long-term development and career progression.
Responsibilities
* Knock on doors in allocated areas, introducing the organisation and explaining our purpose clearly and confidently.
* Engage in positive conversations with members of the public, providing accurate information and answering questions.
* Identify potential leads or sign‑ups, ensuring all information is collected correctly and ethically.
* Work to individual and team targets while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
* Record activity and feedback accurately for reporting purposes.
* Represent the organisation in line with its values, ensuring respect, inclusivity, and excellent customer service at all times.
* Work accountable to KPIs.
Skills & Experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to connect with people quickly.
* Confidence in speaking to the public in a professional and approachable way.
* Good listening skills and the ability to tailor conversations to different audiences.
* Self‑motivated and resilient, with the ability to remain positive when faced with challenges.
* Experience in customer service, sales, promotions, or community engagement (desirable but not essential).
