The role:
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for evaluating project requirements, determining costs, and preparing accurate and comprehensive estimates, specifically in commercial sanitaryware. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients, to ensure that cost projections align with project objectives and budgetary constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify the needs of the customer by developing and nurturing strong relationships, ensuring that designs and project plans meet their requirements. Act as the main point of contact, putting the customer at the forefront of our decision-making and ensuring that we continue to be the customer's choice.
2. Provide an accurate and competitive estimation of costs to include materials, labour, equipment, and overheads to complete the project, based on the customers needs and following assessment/research.
