* Picking, packing, and supporting Virgin Media technicians while maintaining top-tier Health & Safety standards
* Delivering excellent service to all customers - polite, prompt, and with accurate stock handling
* Using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other digital tools to manage tasks efficiently
* Prioritising a busy workload and escalating any issues to the operational management team
* Performing van driving duties as part of your daily responsibilities
