ROLE: CIVILS GANGER
LOCATION: WORTHING, WEST SUSSEX
START DATE: 10TH NOV 2025
DURATION: 7 MONTHS
RATE: £260PD
Search are currently looking to recruit a civils ganger for a coastal project in Worthing, West Sussex.
This role would suit an experienced site supervisor who has a background in coastal defence/ heavy civils. The role will include directly supervising a range of operatives, from plant operators to general civils ops, completing necessary paperwork and record keeping
Site hours are (Apply online only)hrs Monday to Friday, with 10 hours paid at £26PH.
Requirements -
SMSTS (preferred, SSSTS acceptable)
CSCS Card
First Aid
Full UK Driving license (clean)
To be able to provide references from previous, relevent employment
Oranage PPE
