Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity to play a key part in supporting our students' success? At Alder Community High School, we are seeking a dedicated and organised individual to join our team.

The core purpose of this role is to provide professional, efficient and effective administration of student attendance and records. You'll be at the heart of our school's daily operations, ensuring accurate management of student attendance and maintaining up-to-date student records. You will also work closely with colleagues and parents, building positive relationships that support our students' progress.

The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication skills, along with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and young people. This is a permanent appointment which is subject to a 6-month probationary period. The normal hours of work are 36 hours per week. The position is term time only (including training days) and 5 additional days which will need to be worked during the summer holidays. Additional holidays cannot be taken during term time.
