PRS is working with a key client to recruit a Sous Chef for a prestigious catering operation in the Stoke area. This is a full-time, permanent position with a starting salary of £35,000 to £40,000, depending on experience, plus company benefits. Working hours are 40 to 45 hours per week, over 5 days.
Reporting directly to the Head Chef, you will lead a motivated kitchen team in preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a busy and fast-paced environment. You will oversee all aspects of food production across multiple outlets, ensuring high standards are maintained within strict budgetary constraints.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a Sous Chef or higher, with ambitions to progress. Excellent man-management and leadership skills are essential, along with the confidence and knowledge to lead in the absence of the Head Chef.
