This role plays a key part in the effective delivery of estates and site services across college campuses. The post holder will coordinate day‑to‑day operational activity, support deployment of services staff, and contribute to maintaining safe, compliant, and well presented environments for learners, staff, and visitors. Working in a fast‑paced, multi‑site setting, the role requires a practical, organised, and proactive approach to managing site operations, responding to changing priorities, and supporting the smooth running of college facilities.

* Roles are campus‑based to support teaching, learner experience and service delivery.
* Postholders may request flexible working, including limited remote working, through the College's Flexible Working Process (a statutory day‑one right). Requests are considered individually based on role needs and service coverage.
