Support Worker, Bangeston Hall, Pembroke Dock. £11.60 to £12.00 dependent on experience
Full Time role - 45.5 hours per week (Part time hours available)
This role requires a driver's license
We’re a leading organization dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to children and adults with complex needs associated with autism.
Situated on three acres of grounds in Pembroke Dock, Bangeston Hall is our largest home in the Pembrokeshire area for up to 17 adults from the age of 18. It features a main manor house with 10 bedrooms, communal spaces, a lodge with 5 bedrooms, and a two-bedroom additional living option. The grounds include a market garden, allotment, polytunnel, and smallholding, offering opportunities to connect with nature and learn life skills. The main building also has a music room and an art room.

A day in the life at Bangeston Hall includes:
* Ensuring physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive environment;
* Supporting recreational activities, outings, and community integration;

* Collaborating to tailor support to individual needs;
* Maintaining accurate records of activities, progress, and incidents;
* Performing general housekeeping duties, including meal preparation.
We are looking for candidates who:

* Have basic IT skills for record keeping and communication;

Please note: This role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
