Salary: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00
Key Responsibilities
1. Directs team and contributes individually to ensure all assets are maintained correctly and, in a cost, effective manner.
2. Compiles and analyzes data to prepare reports for various stakeholders comparing maintenance types, hours worked, time to completion, spend, etc in order to gain insights on how to best manage facility maintenance.
3. Create, execute, and monitor maintenance budget
4. Foster a positive culture of highly engaged individuals united towards growing knowledge and maintenance excellence.
5. Works with General Manager to shape short and long term maintenance vision and strategy. Translate these targets into daily tasks.
6. Perform audits on PMs and cyclic tasks to ensure compliance. Implement additional items as follow up audits.
7. Manage critical spare inventory program.
8. Develop relationships and maintain contractor roster to ensure subject matter experts are contracted and vetted to support maintenance needs.
9. Through outstanding maintenance practices, ensure that the site is safe for all employees, contractors, and visitors.
10. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
11. Assists with interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problem.
12. Represent the maintenance department to employees, customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
13. Adheres to local, State, and Federal safety policies, and company rules and regulations
14. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
15. Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University; OR seven years related experience; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
16. 7 -10 years experience leading team of 5-10 maintenance employees
17. 3-5 years experience with general financial accounting for maintenance work (ie, bidding work, invoice management, etc)
18. Sound understanding industrial mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance.
19. Must be able to comply with local airport, FAA and/or U.S. Customs safety, security, and identification requirements and pass a thorough security background check
20. Must pass pre-employment drug screen

22. Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed

27. Knowledge of how to analyze maintenance issues with data
28. Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English
