THE ROLE:
We’re looking for passionate Part-Time Bar Staff to join our team in our brand-new Bradford bar. If you love hospitality, delivering excellent customer service, and being a welcoming face for our brand, this could be the perfect role for you.
You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment where delightful experiences are at the heart of everything we do. From greeting customers warmly to maintaining the cleanliness of the bar, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable moments for everyone who visits.
At Northern Monk, we’re proud of our fresh, inclusive, spirited, humble community, and we want someone who lives these values and helps bring them to life every shift. While previous experience is a plus, what matters most is your enthusiasm and passion for hospitality and craft beer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Serve customers from the bar.
• Greet customers and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Use a till to take orders and payments.
• Maintain an appropriate level of cleanliness behind the bar
ABOUT YOU:
• Excellent communication skills
• Possess a positive attitude to a busy work environment, and a willingness to work long or flexible hours when required and weekends.
• Have a keen interest in craft beer and enthusiasm for the industry.
• Have fantastic customer service and the drive to go above and beyond for every customer that visits the Refectory.
• A good understanding of the company mission with an ability to uphold company values.
