Looking for a surveying role that offers genuine flexibility, excellent work-life balance, and the support of an experienced leadership team?
We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a well-established multi-disciplinary property business operating across the residential, commercial, and rural sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Surveyor looking for a flexible employed position, with the option to work between 2 - 4 days per week. For those interested in leadership and development, there is also the opportunity to support the growth of the team and mentor trainee or newly qualified surveyors.
The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
- Carry out Mortgage Valuations across Norfolk and North Suffolk
- Undertake Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys
- Produce accurate and professional survey reports
- Deliver high levels of customer service and professional advice
- Manage your own workload effectively while maintaining quality standards
- Build strong relationships with clients and industry contacts
- Support and mentor less experienced surveyors if desired
- Contribute to the continued growth and development of the business
Residential Surveyor Requirements
- AssocRICS, MRICS, or equivalent RICS qualification
- Previous experience carrying out residential surveys and valuations
- Strong technical knowledge and report-writing skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage your own diary
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
What's on Offer?
- £23,000 per annum for a 2-day working week
- £34,000 per annum for a 3-day working week
- £45,000 per annum for a 4-day working week
