Role Overview
We are looking for Theatre Support workers to join our amazing team at Chorley and South Ribble Hospital. Our Theatre support workers play an essential role in the smooth running of our theatres and help us maintain high quality patient care in a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities
* Support your team in achieving the highest standards of patient care.
* Participate as a member of the circulating team to assist the scrub practitioner during surgery.
* Provide reassurance to patients who may be anxious about going into the operating theatre.
* Help move clean and dirty instrumentation throughout the theatre complex.
* Demonstrate and promote our Trust Values.

* Enthusiastic and motivated with a supportive and flexible approach to service delivery.
* Good communication skills and the ability to demonstrate teamwork.
